Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Transit Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental U.S. generally takes between 3 and 7 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier for your shipment will be chosen at our discretion based on destination and efficiency.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number that will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters the processing stage. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will document the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund as promptly as possible. Please retain the original packaging and take clear photos of the damage or discrepancy, as this will help us resolve the matter efficiently.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, high package volume, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out, and we will assist in tracking it down.
